By accessing or using the TradingDock website, mobile app, alerts, reports, chat rooms, emails, push notifications, or any other service (collectively, the "Services") you agree to these Terms of Service, Risk Disclosures, our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services / What We Do

TradingDock provides market data, trading signals, alerts and educational content for informational purposes only. We may provide:

• Algorithmic signals, alerts and trade ideas
• Curated third-party market news and data
• Educational material about trading strategies and risk
• Community features (forums, chat)

We do not execute trades, custody funds, or directly provide brokerage services.

3. No Investment Advice — No Fiduciary Duty

The content is not tailored to you and should not be treated as personal advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. You should consult a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or attorney before acting on any information. This platform does not owe you a fiduciary duty unless we expressly and contractually state otherwise.

Some parts of our Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor(s) to charge all subscription fees to your payment instrument. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use the Services to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If the Service references leveraged or derivative products (options, futures, CFDs, margin trades), those instruments carry additional, often rapid, and potentially unlimited risk. We use internal models and third-party data feeds. We DO NOT guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Delays, interruptions, errors, mismatches, or technical issues may occur. All content is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate or delayed data.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Do not (a) re-distribute signals, (b) use the Service to manipulate markets, (c) engage in fraudulent activity, or (d) reverse-engineer our models. Violations will terminate access and may be referred to authorities.

13. Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law: our liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services is limited to the fees you have paid to TradingDock in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses (including lost profits or trading losses). You agree to indemnify and hold TradingDock harmless from claims resulting from your use of the Services.

We collect personal data (account identifiers, contact info, payment details, usage telemetry) to provide and improve Services, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill legal obligations. Our full Privacy Policy details data collection, retention, sharing, and your rights including access, rectification, erasure, and portability where applicable under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, except where arbitration is agreed.

We may modify terms, policies, pricing and features. Material changes will be posted and, where required, communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
