Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

TradingDock offers the following subscription plans:

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:

• You have full access to all premium features
• A credit card is required to start the trial
• You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
• After the trial ends, you will be automatically subscribed to your chosen plan unless you cancel
• You may only claim one free trial per account

3. Billing and Payment

By subscribing to TradingDock, you agree to the following:

• Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees associated with your subscription
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Currency: All prices are in United States Dollars (USD)
• Taxes: Prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes, which will be added as required by law
• Payment Failure: If a payment fails, we will attempt to re-process it. Continued payment failure may result in suspension of your account

4. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days
• Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
• You will be charged the then-current subscription price
• We will send you a reminder email before each renewal
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancel through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• After cancellation, your account will revert to free/limited access

6. Refund Policy

We encourage you to take full advantage of the 7-day free trial to ensure TradingDock is the right fit for you before subscribing.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for:

• Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service
• Duplicate or fraudulent charges
• Charges made after cancellation due to system errors

7. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

• Upgrade: Takes effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount
• Downgrade: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Changes can be made through your account settings

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal date. If you do not agree to the new prices, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if:

• You violate our Terms of Service
• Your payment method fails repeatedly
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• We are required to do so by law

In case of termination for violation of terms, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected downtime. We are not liable for any losses incurred during service interruptions.

11. Feature Changes

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features from our subscription plans at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your subscription.

These Subscription Terms are part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms shall prevail with respect to subscription and billing matters.
