At TradingDock, your security is a top priority. While we work to protect your account, scammers frequently impersonate companies to steal credentials, money, or data. Read this notice and follow the steps below to protect your account.
TradingDock will NEVER ask for your password, 2FA code, PIN, or payment details via text message, social media, phone, or unsolicited email.
We only send messages from verified @tradingdock.ai email addresses or through in-app notifications.
For push notifications, we use a private Discord channel monitored by our automated system. This is the ONLY Discord channel we use for alerts.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not click links or reply. Instead, open your browser and go directly to https://tradingdock.ai to verify.
Emails or websites that mimic TradingDock's login page. Always check the URL before entering credentials.
People posing as employees, influencers, or "trusted partners" asking for money or access.
Secret signals or guaranteed-return offers — promises of guaranteed returns are always scams.
Coordinated hype on social channels or private groups designed to manipulate stock prices.
Scammers who ask you to send money or trade on someone else's behalf under false pretenses.
Social media accounts that look official but are actually scammers trying to steal your information.
Use a unique, strong password and change it immediately if you suspect compromise.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and do not share codes with anyone.
Keep devices and browsers up to date and avoid installing untrusted extensions or apps.
Bookmark https://tradingdock.ai and log in only through that URL or the official app.
Enable account notifications so you receive alerts for security or billing changes.
Review your account activity regularly and report any unauthorized access immediately.
Because TradingDock is a trading platform, you may be targeted by scams specific to the trading community:
Remember: TradingDock provides educational alerts and analysis only. We never guarantee profits, ask you to send money to trade, or request remote access to your brokerage accounts. All our Discord notifications come from an automated bot in your private channel — never from DMs or public servers.
Important: TradingDock will never request login credentials, verification codes, remote access, or payments from you via unsolicited calls, texts, or DMs. Any communication not originating from @tradingdock.ai, the in-app notification system, or your private Discord notification channel should be treated as fraudulent.
